BYU Class - Leila Saghafi

Over the summer I will be taking an Independent Study course from Brigham Young University. I have never taken a class from BYU before. I am looking forward to the experience! While much of the information will be review for me, I wholeheartedly believe in recapping the basics  to keep my skills in top condition. I am also hoping this course (specifically geared for digital photography) will help me keep up to date with the latest and greatest in photography technology. I am also eager for the inspiration to take even more photos this season!I will check back in in a few weeks with my experiences from the class, and of course, be posting the photos I take. For photos I take specifically for class, check my "weekly photos" in the coming months, until I put together a designated gallery!

Update! My first assignment is to take some photos in the style of famous and influential photographers! Stay posted to see some of my work emulating the styles of the likes of Ansel Adams, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Imogen Cunningham, and maybe Eugene Atget or Robert Doisneau

Second Update! I have now made a designated page with my photos and commentary from the class! These galleries should give a good insight into how I think and work as a photographer.
